Who Are We?

Honestly, we're two mates born and raised in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne Australia who simply love cooking. Often called an 'old married couple' in the kitchen, our constant bickering and betterment has led to the creation of one of the finest ice creams in all of Australia, and dare I say the world. 

How? That's a great question, and one with a much simpler answer then you would expect. It comes down to three main criteria's; ingredients, technique, and creativity. Let's walk through them!

Ingredients: Fresh and unique, imagine your mum's homemade custard ice-cream on steroids. 

Technique: *The secret to our ice cream, shhh*

Creativity: Big corporations can't risk making a huge loss with unique flavours that might be too 'out there' for the majority of consumers - we aren't them. We're starting with some fairly basic flavours to get you hooked, but expect great and unseen things to come. We're always open to suggestions as well!
