Who Are We?

Honestly, we're two mates born and raised in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne Australia who simply love cooking. Often called an "old married couple" in the kitchen, our constant bickering and betterment has led to the creation of one of the finest ice creams in all of Australia, and dare I say the world.

"It's not trying to be fancy, It's not trying to be anything - it's just f***ing good."

How do we make our ice cream? That's a great question, and one with a much simpler answer then you would expect. It comes down to three main criteria's; ingredients, technique, and creativity. Let's walk through them!

Ingredients: Fresh and unique, imagine your mum's homemade custard ice-cream on steroids. 

Technique: *It's a secret, shhh*

Creativity: Unlike big corporations that play it safe to avoid massive losses on bold, boundary-pushing flavors, we're free to dream big. We're kicking off with some crowd-pleasing classics to win you over, but get ready for the unexpected and utterly irresistible creations ahead. And hey, we're all ears for your flavour ideas!
